May 20, 2006 - The Very Best Free WYSIWYG WEB BUILDER
You've read my raves about one or two free HTML editors before and now I'm sorry to say I must once again climb upon the roof and shout loudly, "WYSIWYG WEB BUILDER 2.8" is the #1 free HTML "generator"!!! At least in my book. This is not the usual html WYSIWYG editor. It's a true HTML page generator. There's no need to mess with the actual code because this program takes the page you easily design and will write the actual code for you. The exported html code is clean and WC3 compatible. This is one powerful program that's easy to use. You create the layout, add the text and pictures, create the links and voila! If you purchase the professional version, as I have, you will have a web page creation program that rivals programs costing upwards to hundreds of dollars (or euros) more. Download the free version and give it a run. The author provides many professional templates to get you up to speed in a very short time. Why not takeacopy and create your own web pages? Tell them TAKEACOPY.com sent you.
March 14, 2006 - Christ In You - California, USA
One of the most refreshing websites that I have come across in a long time is christinyou.com. If I hadn't stumbled on this site I do not believe I would have found it otherwise. The major search engines have this site ranked low so when doing a search its content is way down the list. Our own takeacopy.com is relatively new so we understand the difficulty of obtaining higher rankings when the traffic is yet to make its way to our door.
What's to be found at ChristInYou.com? Some of the best literature that addresses the all important in Christ relationship. It's a teaching that's sorely neglected and needs to be brought back to the surface of Christian thought. To wet your appetite follow this link and start reading. We will be revisting this site often.
December 2, 2005 - New Creation Teaching Ministry - Australia
Would you or your church appreciate an extensive library of practical Christ centered Christian literature devoted and designed to increase one's delight and service to God? Read on!
In recent days I've gone about examining an extensive online library made available by New Creation Teaching Ministry of Australia. They provide their PDF files at no cost. Hundreds of PDF books and booklets covering everything from Bible Commentary to topics such as Worship, Marriage and Counseling are yours for the taking. All of their titles are free to duplicate provided no financial gain is derived. Your only expense would be for ink and paper and little more. How can you pass this up! It would take years for your ministry to go through all of the rich content. Take a look at their generous copyright policy. Many of the their publications are also available in print but at a cost. Check out a list of their titles. http://www.newcreation.org.au/books/indexes/subject.htm
The founder of New Creation Teaching Ministry is Geoffrey Bingham. He's authored a good number of their titles and deserves credit for having the vision to bring the Gospel and Teaching Helps to the Internet audience that has, at least up 'till now, avoided much attention in parts beyond Australia. Here is brief bio of brother Bingham.
Geoffrey Bingham has had a ministry throughout six States of Australia and in a number of countries overseas. An Anglican minister trained at Moore Theological College, he had pastored one church before going to Pakistan with his family under the aegis of the Church Missionary Society (CMS). There he was the Founder Principal of the Pakistan Bible Training Institute at Hyderabad Sindh. He saw revival break out along with his ministry and had a wide coverage on the Indian sub-continent and beyond. In 1966 he and the family returned to Australia and in 1967 he began as the Principal of the Adelaide Bible Institute (ABI, now Bible College of South Australia, BCSA) which had expanded quite quickly. He left the college in 1973. Shortly after, New Creation Teaching Ministry was formed.
November 28th - Buck's Theological Dictionary
Some years ago my wife came across an interesting old leather bound book at a book sale and quietly purchased it at a very low price. Back in yesteryear books were the medium for the exchange of ideas and truth. There were none of the modern day means of communication. Words meant something back then. As far as my darling wife is concerned an old book written by a saint from a by-gone era has to enjoy some value. She was right on when she purchased Buck's Theological Dictionary.
In addition to her pursuit of old books she has this crazy idea of moving the text of these old books from the printed page to digital files and web pages. Once she has completed her labor of love she enlists my help to complete the job. I do the work of linking all of the pages that she so carefully typed and provided them a pretty face worthy of a resurrected old book. Buck's Theological Dictionary is one such project and it's a jewel worthy of your attention. Though she retains rights to her labors she would wants to give you the pleasure of reading this interesting work right here at TAKEACOPY. Be sure to link to the dictionary pages for future reference. READACOPY at TAKEACOPY.com.
